VEGGIE BURGER SANDWICH

Ingredients:

4 Frozen Vegetarian Burgers
4 Slices Vegan Cheese
3 Ripe Tomatoes
Arugala
8 Slices of Your Favorite
Homemade Bread or
4
Homemade Rolls, Sliced
Pure Vegetable Oil Or
Non-Hydrogenated Margarine for frying.
French Fries, optional
Sautéed Onions, optional
Organic Ketchup, optional

Directions:

Place burgers in frying pan with a bit of the oil or
margarine.  Brown on one side, then flip.  Add a slice of
Vegan Cheese and sliced tomato to the burger while
browning the other side.  
Add sautéed onions, if desired.
In the meantime, slightly toast sliced bread or sliced
rolls.  When toast is ready, and cheese is melty on the
burger, take off stove and build your sandwiches.  
Put a little organic ketchup on the bread, if desired.
Great with
French Fries and Cole Slaw or
Macaroni Salad.
